I always aim to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time can occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Parcels are delivered in the UK using the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed-For service and priced according to size/weight

Customs and import taxes

As a buyer, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are not my responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

I am happy to accept returns and exchanges; please contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss the matter.Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations of special orders or commissions.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care of Your Bags and Accessories

Spot cleaning with a damp sponge is recommended. If your item needs deeper cleaning, you may hand wash or machine wash on a short and gentle cycle; re-shape item whilst damp and hot iron. Your bag may become slightly softer in structure after washing; this is due to the interlining losing some of its body after being immersed in water.

All measurements are approximate due to the fact that each item is individually handmade.

I welcome commissions and would be very pleased to make something special for you, either using a fabric of mine or something of yours that holds special memories for you and your family. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
